Nuway Audio Visual were proud to be chosen to supply, install and maintain the complete Audio Visual, Digital Signage and Video Conferencing requirements of global outsourcing giants, Arvato-Bertelsmann at their prestigious new UK head office in Slough.
Having worked with Arvato Bertelsmann on several of its major UK projects, Nuway were proud to be part of the core team for the fit-out of the new headquarters at Phoenix House. The requirements were:
- 4 Fully equipped meeting rooms with presentation equipment and multipoint video conferencing facilities with secure information sharing. - A company wide Digital Signage solution Multiple areas of SLA screens to service Arvato’s large CRM business which includes Contact centres for Renault, Zara, BMW and many other famous names. - A Central Projector based installation for large meetings and showcase presentations.
Nuway chose Lifesize Icon Video Conferencing systems and twin 65” NEC displays as the basis for the meeting rooms with control by Crestron. This allows stunning High Definition picture quality coupled with stunning digital audio performance. To further enhance the systems, Nuway chose Symetrix Digital sound processors with acoustic echo cancellation channels. This coupled with 8 Sennheiser table microphones per room offers the immersive experience required by the senior management for Critical Global meetings.
